Turn property exposure into a measurable media asset

If you own or control a building frontage, wall, rooftop, facade or parcel of land with strong exposure, it may be suitable for a digital billboard or media asset. CommVision starts with a feasibility review.

Every site is assessed on its merits. Not every property is suitable.

Turn exposure into revenue

Property exposure can become a revenue asset

High exposure property can carry a digital media asset that generates ongoing value. CommVision assesses the opportunity honestly, structures it commercially and can deliver it end to end where it stacks up.

What sites may work

What kind of sites may be suitable

Sites with strong traffic exposure, clear sightlines, prominent frontage or elevated visibility are more likely to be suitable. Main road frontage, large walls, rooftops, facades and land near high traffic corridors are worth assessing.

What sites may not work

What may not be suitable

Not every property fits the model. Low exposure, restricted sightlines, planning constraints or unsuitable surroundings can rule a site out. CommVision will tell you early if a site is unlikely to work, so you do not spend time or money chasing an asset that will not perform.

Feasibility review process

Feasibility is always the first step

Before anything else, CommVision reviews exposure, visibility, planning risk, commercial value and media potential. The feasibility review tells you whether the opportunity is worth pursuing, subject to planning and commercial viability. The feasibility review is at no cost and carries no obligation.

What CommVision funds

There is no cost to the property owner

Where a site proceeds, CommVision funds and owns the build. That covers the structure, the display, the installation and the ongoing maintenance. CommVision also coordinates and carries the cost of the planning pathway and any required traffic, luminance and engineering reporting. Where the site needs a power supply upgrade to support the asset, including a switchboard upgrade, CommVision handles it. The property owner hosts the asset and receives a fixed annual payment. There is no capital contribution and no obligation to proceed.

Commercial structure options

A clear commercial arrangement

Where a site is suitable, CommVision can offer an agreed annual payment to host a digital media asset on the property. The terms are set out clearly before anything is committed, so the property owner knows exactly what is on the table. What can be offered depends on the site, its exposure and the planning outcome, and is always subject to feasibility. CommVision does not promise guaranteed returns.

Permit and reporting pathway

CommVision coordinates the planning pathway and any required traffic, luminance and engineering reporting, so the approval process is managed properly rather than left to the landlord.

Turnkey delivery once approved

Where an opportunity proceeds, CommVision coordinates design, supply, structure, installation, maintenance and media activation, so the landlord deals with one accountable partner across the whole process.

Media partner activation

Where a site suits third party media, CommVision can coordinate media partner pathways so the asset can carry and report on advertising, subject to the site and the commercial model.

Why work with CommVision

CommVision is independent and privately owned, is not tied to one manufacturer or media operator, and manages the full process from feasibility to maintenance. Lower overheads mean the terms offered to a property owner can be competitive, while the commercial arrangement stays clear and honest.
